Information we collect
WishRig collects account, billing, support and technical information needed to provide and secure the service. If you connect a third-party service, we receive only the data and permissions you approve.
Google user data
When you choose to connect Google, the connector on your dedicated WishRig cloud computer may access the Google services you select, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Contacts, Tasks, Forms and Google Analytics 4. It uses that data only to perform actions you request through your AI agent, show connection status and maintain the integration.
The setup creates or reuses a Google Cloud project owned by you. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest on your dedicated cloud computer and isolated by operating-system permissions, WishRig customer and Google account; they are not stored in a shared WishRig connection vault. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or permit humans to read it except with your explicit permission for support, where required for security, or where required by law.
WishRig's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Sharing and processors
We share data only with infrastructure and service providers needed to operate WishRig, when you direct us to do so, or when legally required. Providers are limited to the data needed for their function and are subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
Website analytics and advertising
With your cookie choice, WishRig uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure website visits and campaigns and to build advertising audiences. These tools may receive website events, browser and device information, IP-derived location and cookie or ad-click identifiers. WishRig does not send connected Google content, Telegram bot tokens, payment-card details or private cloud-computer content to advertising platforms.
Where local law requires prior consent, Google tags default to denied storage and Meta and TikTok pixels do not load until you allow marketing cookies. Elsewhere, measurement is enabled without showing a consent prompt. Where shown, you can change your choice using the Cookie choices control; browser settings can also clear or block cookies.
Retention, deletion and revocation
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can ask your agent to disconnect an individual Google account at any time. Disconnecting removes that account's locally saved token and revokes the grant where supported without affecting other connected accounts. You can also revoke the customer-owned app from your Google Account connections.
To request account or data deletion, email support@wishrig.com. We will verify the request before deletion.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, account isolation, audit logging and least-privilege service permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
International processing and your choices
WishRig may process data in countries where its infrastructure and providers operate. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information.
